SFC is a low-key property developer based in SZ. Decisions are centralised around the visionary CEO. The business's diversity and a lack of corporate communication created confusion among financial analysts and key stakeholders about the companies strategy and focus. This lack of clarity, purpose and accountability extended internally and as well as externally.
